Seed Sowing with Little Raindrops

Little fingers made light work of sowing the seeds of change at Raindrops playgroup, St Bartholomew's church. The children chose from a variety of seeds from edible flowers to giant pumpkins .... and the most popular choice was cucumber.  Just the right size seed for those small pincers.   Thanks to the fabulous church volunteers at the playgroup, Laura, Sam and Marie for letting IE share the morning with you and thanks to Incredible volunteers Fiona and Helen for spreading the love of growing. We raised £7.60 from this lovely morning too which is lovely, thanks to all the mum's and carers who contributed. We just need some patience and rain now!
